Services, dates, subjects, deliverables, formats, usage, revision rounds, fees, expenses, and delivery expectations should be stated in the accepted quote or agreement. Website descriptions are not a promise that every item is included.
Deposits and scheduling
A project may require a deposit or reservation payment before the date is held. A proposal, inquiry, or calendar call alone does not reserve production.
Access, airspace, and safety
Flights and filming depend on lawful airspace, venue permission, event rules, safe access, weather, visibility, equipment, people, and operating conditions. KameranFPV may stop or change a plan when operation is unsafe or unauthorized.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Project-specific terms should define cancellation, rescheduling, weather, travel, non-refundable costs, and what happens when access or event rules change.
Delivery
Delivery timing varies by footage volume, matching work, edit scope, approvals, and production schedule. No footage, lap, driver, session, event, or fixed clip count is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed scope.
