Before production
Accepted project terms should state whether a deposit is refundable and how cancellation or rescheduling affects retained amounts and non-recoverable costs.
Weather, safety, access, and event changes
The parties may reschedule, revise the shot plan, or apply project-specific cancellation terms when weather, unsafe conditions, airspace, venue access, event rules, scheduling, or equipment prevents work.
Digital products and clips
Once a secure digital product, clip, or download has been delivered or accessed, refunds may be limited because the media cannot be returned. Invalid, duplicate, or failed fulfillment should be reviewed through support.
Download expiration
A download link may expire or be limited for security and storage reasons. Expiration does not expand the usage license. Contact support if a valid order cannot be accessed.

Retainer payments, activation, cancellation, refunds, and term dates are governed by the specific Driver Media Retainer terms and current program state.
