Information collected
KameranFPV may receive booking contact details, driver and vehicle information, event details, uploaded vehicle photos, order identifiers, gallery interactions, and messages you submit.
Why it is used
Information may be used to plan coverage, identify cars, match footage, respond to inquiries, administer the Driver Media Retainer, fulfill purchases, protect downloads, maintain records, and improve operations.
Driver photos and identifiers
Front, side, and rear vehicle photos, livery, number, sponsor, helmet, and visual identifiers are used to improve matching. Check-in does not guarantee coverage.
Processors and infrastructure
The existing implementation uses Cloudflare infrastructure and payment processors. Payment credentials and validation remain with the applicable processor and server-side workflow.
Sharing and publication
Private customer data and unpublished galleries should not be displayed publicly. Uploaded photos and submitted details are not permission to publish personal information beyond the permissions given.
Removal requests
Use the booking/contact route to request correction or removal. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
